Principle

Before founding SKYRISE, he spent time from 2013 to today focusing on residential for homeowners and his off-market acquisitions and resale of investment properties for investors’ private networks.

As a property manager of large-scale value-add multifamily complexes, he oversaw construction, project management, and rapid lease-up of units.

Jumha is a data-driven practitioner who employs systematic and deliberate processes to achieve client objectives in tenant representation of retail and industrial users throughout Indiana.

He anticipates client needs, crafting solutions tailored to their unique challenges, especially regarding value-added real estate, and bringing in third parties with various capabilities in construction and project management, from small build-outs to ground-up construction in both retail and multifamily.

His primary clientele includes sellers and landlords, whom he actively markets for, as well as investors and tenants, serving their real estate requirements in the Greater Indianapolis market.
